These heavy duty balers are designed for smaller recycling centres, councils and larger industrial applications.

Increased bale density in the HD Range also gives much better transport efficiencies for remote areas.

The Heavy duty range have a standard twine tie system, with optional provision for wire tie or strapping.

All of the heavy duty range have hydraulic bale eject systems where the bale can be ejected directly onto a pallet for fork lift removal or onto a 6 wheel pivot steer trolley.

This range are also designed  for the compaction of cardboard, paper, shrink wrap, PET and HDPE, 20 litre drums etc.

This range can be supplied in either 3 phase or diesel powered models as free standing units or a mobile unit mounted on a heavy duty trailer. Loading can be carried out either manually, front end loader, TI conveyor or TI bin lifter.
